All the patterns are amigurumi type, but easy to make
Skill level: Intermediate
Finished sizes:
- 6 – 12 months = 16″ circumference / 16″ height
- Toddler = 17-18″ circumference / 20″ height
- Child = 18-19″ circumference / 21.5″ height
- Adult = 19-20″ circumference / 23″ height
Materials: #4-Medium / Worsted yarn (Approx: 400 yards)
- (C1) Red color yarn (Approx: 200 yards)
- (C2) White color yarn (Approx: 200 yards)
- US I-9, 5.5mm crochet hook
- Tapestry needle for weaving ends.
Gauge 12 hdc x 8 rows = 4″ x 4″ with I-9, 5.5mm crochet hook
Abbreviations/special stitches (US Term)
- ch = chain
- sl st = slip stitch
- sc = single crochet
- hdc = half double crochet
- fphdc = front post half double crochet
- bphdc = back post half double crochet
- st = stitch
- yo = yarn over
- beg = beginning
- (C1) = color 1 (red)
- (C2) = color 2 (white)
- *to; = repeat * to the instructions.
- Special stitches
- 4-dc bobble st = [yo, insert the hook in indicated st, yo, pull back through st, yo, pull back through two loops on the hook] 4 times, yarn over, pull back through all the 5 loops on the hook.

With (C1) , make a adjustable/magic ring.
Round 1: ch 1, 8 hdc into the ring, sl st to the first st. (8 hdc)
Round 2: (C1) ch 1, hdc in each st around, sl st to the first st. (8 hdc)
Round 3: repeat round 2.
Round 4: (C1) ch 1, 2 hdc in first st, *hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st; repeat *to around, sl st to the first st. (12 hdc)
Round 5 and 6: with (C2), ch 1, hdc in each st around, sl st to the first st. (12 hdc)
Round 7: with (C2), ch 1, 2 hdc in first st, *hdc in each of next 2 st, 2 hdc in next st; repeat *to around, sl st to the first st. (16 hdc)
Round 8: with (C1), ch 1, hdc in each st around, sl st to the first st. (16 hdc)
Round 9: with (C1), ch 1, hdc in first st and next 2 st, *with (C2) 4-dc Bobble in next st, with (C1) hdc in each of next 3 st; repeat *to around, sl st to the first st. (12 hdc/4 Bobble)
Round 10: with (C1), ch 1, 2 hdc in first st, *hdc in each of next 3 st, 2 hdc in next st; repeat * to around, sl st to the first st. (20 hdc)
Round 11 and 12: with (C2), ch 1, hdc in each st around, sl st to the first st. (20 hdc)
Round 13: with (C2), ch 1, 2 hdc in first st, *hdc in each of next 4 st, 2 hdc in next st; repeat * to around, sl st to the first st. (24 hdc)
Round 14: with (C1), ch 1, hdc in each st around, sl st to the first st. (24 hdc)
